Statue of Shakyamuni Buddha, the founder of Buddhism. He performs the hand gesture "Dhyāna mudrā" which means being in a deep meditation state. This cast Buddha statue is made of die-cast zinc alloy, not synthetic resin, and is colored using traditional techniques in Takaoka, Japan.
There are individual differences in color. In particular, differences in old bronze color are somewhat large, so please inquire if you are concerned about this before purchasing.
