This is a mask of the famous Maitreya Bodhisattva statue at Koryuji Temple in Kyoto, which has a calm and serene look. Of the three sizes available, only the medium size one has a stone inlaid in the whorl of hair in the forehead.
The mask is made of cast iron and is rather heavy, so please mount it on a stable wall or pillar.
