Charm necklaces of Cintamani design. Cintamani is a sacred jewel that is said to fulfill wishes in Buddhism and Hinduism. It also represents the teaching of Buddha, and some Bodhisattvas in paintings and statues have it on their palm. Cintamani is traditionally often depicted with flame surrounding it, and the charm is also designed in this manner. The engraved letter on it is a Sanskrit alphabet "A" (seed syllable, bījākṣara) which represents every Buddha.
The charm is made from a lost-wax cast brass by craftsmen using a laser-processed mold in Niigata prefecture, Japan.
